The year 2003 brings new life to Alpenwald Village. We are experiencing new growth and development in the village as new property owners are making plans to build their vacation homes and primary residence homes by years end.

All roads throughout Alpenwald Village have been graded and widened in various locations providing direct access to all thelots including power access. During the winter months our roads are kept open and clear for easy access.

AVI has a very active board that is currently in the planning stages for our annual meeting in June and possible special events for this summer, fall and next winter. The year 2003 will bring new and exciting happenings in Alpenwald Village. Our property owners are encouraged to participate and be active in our community.

Alpenwald Village has a new information web site www.alpenwaldvillage.com that has given to us world wide access and the opportunity for new potential owners to experience buying, building and living in Alpenwald Village.
